Job Summary & Purpose
Overall responsibility of MSF yard/Rental/PPK/Fleet Support/Tours & limo/Call Centre related breakdown issues 24/7.
Operational Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
1 Staff Pick/Drop off at 07:30 & 16:30
2 Handling all Fleet support/Rentals/PPK/Lease/T&L vehicle available in MSF yard.
3 Follow up with Workshops for quick repair for customer’s vehicles.
4 All customer’s vehicle washed and inform the front desk for quick deliverey and the replacement vehicle back.
5 Cross check for Replacement vehicles on daily basis for urgent requirement to avoid delay.
6 Attending all requirement from Dusit Thani and ADIA and arranging driver as per the requirement.
7 Taking care of Limousine vehicles and arranging as per requests from Customer.
8 Handling all the replacement jobs after duty hours through call center 24/7.
9 Receiving vehicles from Stock and keep in replacement or for monthly rent.
10 Getting new vehicles from Fleet Logistics and update the system accordingly.
11 Arrangements of brand-new unit received from Logistics and coordination with all branches either is requirement.
12 Updating system of all fleet support vehicle to ensure availabilities for Replacement vehicles.
13 Cross Checking for stock vehicle for Replacement
14 End o f day complete list of ready vehicles provided to team for next day’s plan.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
1 Responsible for the implementation of HQSE Policy within their area of control.
2 To ensure all safety risks and environmental aspects in their area of responsibility are identified.
3 Become familiar with and abide by applicable QHSE rules & procedures.
4 Enforce the QHSE rules & procedures in the area of control.
Perform regular Customer Satisfaction Surveys with customer
5 Immediately report all accidents, incidents, occupational illness & environmental
incidents regardless of its severity to the line supervisor
6 Effectively participate in incident investigations and ensure the proposed corrective / preventive actions are completed in time.
7 Address hazards, which may result in an injury, illness, or an emergency and initiate a permanent solution to the unsafe condition in coordination with the responsible people.

1 Coordinates on Vehicles with sales, & Renewal of Reg. expired units with logistics
2 Coordinating with the workshop and other department as required.
