12 years experience in qatar building, Roads and infrastructure as Deputy safety manager and i have vaild QID, License and Noc with international certificate such as IDiposh ,Safety Diploma level 6/ ISO 45001, Neboch IGC, IOSH, OSHA

Additionally:
Develop, coordinate the implementation and maintain the following:
- HSE Plan
- Site HSE Induction
- Emergency Response Procedure
- Register of Hazardous Substances and Dangerous Goods
- Register of Incidents and Injuries
- HSE Training Matrix/Plan
- Register of HSE non-conformance and corrective actions
- Other relevant plans, procedures and Registers as required and Management System and contract conditions.
- Provide on-site advice and technical assistance to the Director and team members on HSE related matters
- Undertake periodic review of HSE System documentation and records to verify their adequacy and appropriateness
- Schedule, and monitor effective conduct of Site HSE Inspections and SOC
- Review the findings of the above inspections and identify and communicate appropriate actions to eliminate hazards and unsafe
conditions.
- Report incidents, near misses, emergency events and unsafe
conditions in accordance with the requirements of the HSE Plan or relevant procedures, as appropriate.
- Coordinate investigation of incidents and near misses and prepare investigation reports.
- Develop and deliver HSE briefings and awareness sessions on emerging HSE issues.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Report HSE performance of the on a weekly basis in accordance with HSE Reporting Procedure.
- In conjunction with the Director and the Construction Manager, review HSE performance on a weekly basis, and identify and implement any action required for continual improvement.
- Undertake other activities, as required for ensuring effective implementation of HSE Management System.
- Facilitate HSE Committee meetings.
- Participate in Executive HSE Tours, Coordinate and deploy all HSE team on site
