Preparation of crude oil tank for charging to CDU.
Receiving rundowns of products in respective tanks (LPG flushing Oil, VGO,
Light Nephtha,Heavy Nephtha,Stabilized Nephtha,Reformate,SKO,HSD,Fuel Oil).
Different products deliveries to OMC (Oil Marketing Companies) through pipelines (HSD, SKO, Fuel Oil, LPG).
Hand experience to switch over of rundown and delivery/truck loading tanks.
Hand experience to lineup tank for blending (Mogas, HOBC, Jp-1, Jp-8).
Sampling and gauging of different tanks manually.
LPG Handling at PARCO
Receiving LPG from LPG Merox unit in LPG storage sphere.
Charging of LPG to Refinery fuel gas system.
Delivery of LPG to marketing companies through pipeline according to procedure safety rules.
To carry out safe sampling of LPG from LPG storage spheres according to safety rules and procedure
Product Blending Activities
Prepared the lineup from component tanks to blending header for product (Jp-1, Jp-8, Mogas, and HOBC).
Controlling of chemical injection to the product i.e. Dyes, Antistatic, corrosion Inhibitor Anti-Oxidant, Odorant (Ethyl Mercaptan) etc.
Preparing of Recipes of different specifications of gasoline products i.e. 87 RON and HOBC 98 RON etc.
To maintain tank data record.
To manage and record keeping of all chemicals consuming in blending area.

Diploma of associate engineer in chemical technology
