As an Executive Assistant Manager, I have over 22 years of experience working in hotels, Hajj and Umrah companies, extensive experience in marketing, sales, and operations, building strong relationships with clients and guests, and I was able to do the following:
• Establish and maintain effective internal communication and meetings structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Revenue, and the Director of Events to achieve the budget.
• Oversee sales team recruitment and create training programs to train new and existing employees in the sales department.
• Analyze market trends and results to determine annual unit and gross-profit plans.
• Check the hotel regularly that internal promotion pieces for visual effects are confirmed with the company standards and are up to date.
In addition to that my excellent educational background by obtaining, a Master of Business Administration, Bachelor Degree in Marketing, PMP-PMI certificate, Diploma in Business, Human Resources and Strategy, Diploma in NLP (Nero Linguistic Programming), and Hotel Management Diploma.
