Trained in Al Mostashar Pharmacy in Jordan for 2 months (Sep to Nov 2020). Which helped to Practice medications dispensing skill and to develop communication skills both written and oral. Worked closely with Pharmacy Care Representatives (PRs) in providing excellent patient care At the moment working as a licensed pharmacist at Qatar’s largest chain of pharmacies Kulud Pharmacy since December 2020 up to present. Mastered sales and marketing skills by applying the insurance policy over purchases for consumers. Developed time management skills by processing over 400 prescriptions per day achieving decreased customer wait times and maintaining customer satisfaction. Practiced medical experience which was gained by Kulud training courses. Therefore, I could respond to questions and discussing the side-effects of specific brand-names and generic pharmaceutics. Moreover, learned how to instruct patients in what way to use medical such as Glucose Meters and Oximeters.
