Developing the M&E framework for a $3.5 million ECHO funded cash-project involving 3 partners and 30,827 beneficiaries. coordinating terminal evaluations’, including managing team of 60 enumerators/research assistants in 3 locations of Kyaka, Nakivale and Imvepi including more than 1000 survey respondents in bi-monthly Post distribution monitoring assessments. Completed 3 baselines in the locations

Managing the M&E functions of the project and providing updates on milestones as deemed necessary on either monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annual basis, based on the project log frame and baseline assessment and updating program documents.
Conducting quarterly learning events and capacity building for program staff about the project indicators to archive the objectives
Analyzing post distribution monitoring data and producing reports that show progress in the achievement of outputs and outcomes, bottlenecks for not achieving results, and recommendations for improvement.
Liaising with PM & Field staff to document good practices, human stories, and lessons learned for organizational learning and program improvement.
Contributing to the design and implementation of the terminal evaluation study.
Designing monitoring tools to be used by facilitators and trainees to support easy identification of impacts of training undertaken through project activities.
Facilitating knowledge building and knowledge sharing through organizing learning sessions for project staff and partners.
Undertaking to monitoring project activities and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual implementation reports as per donor and Organizational requirements.
Preparing and reviewing Cash Requests for beneficiaries.
