Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
2. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and Monitoring site foremen and work of any subcontractors.
3. Prepare reports as required.
4. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
5. Allotting work to labors.
6. Checking the quality of Structural and RCC works of Structural Components as per design Standards.
7. Attending weekly meetings with all the team members.
8. undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
9. using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs.
10.liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
11.ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed on time.
12.Researching and providing estimates for projects.
13.Checking the Bar Bending Schedule of Structure.
