Supervision Competency:
Conducting site inspections and routine supervision of the Contractor’s construction
activities in accordance with the contract documents. Verify compliance with
approved shop drawings and contract requirements, participating with the site team
for the preparation and review of the monthly/weekly/daily reports. Reviewing
Contractor’s technical submissions, Material Approval Sheets etc. and ensuring all
materials supplied at site meet the required specifications, providing all necessary
on-site directions and site instructions if required to be issued to the contractor
Preparing of DIS (Drawings Issue Sheet), checking all the “Issued for Construction”
drawings as per the standards before issuing to the Client/Contractor. Verify
compliance of the QHSE requirements at site and make sure they are followed by the
contractor.
Design Competency:
Preparation of Tender Documents which involves data collection, Survey and
investigation work, submission and updating of Preliminary Design Calculation,
Drawings and Reports. Assisting in design analysis (Hydraulic /modelling).

Responsibility and Duties:
▪ Conduct daily Site Inspection / walk through to monitor work in progress for compliance with Specification
▪ Receive and log Request for Inspection and process through during the same day. Coordinate and perform
Inspection and test activities in accordance with relevant Inspection Test Plan
▪ Perform materials receiving inspection I test to verify compliance with the requirements of Specifications
▪ Maintain quality records specified by relevant Inspection test plans and contract documents
▪ Monitor and check revision status of drawings used on site by construction team including subcontractors,
to ensure that no superseded drawings are at point of use
▪ Preparing Drawings showing all details of sewer manholes, chambers including the connection points
and future sub connections in MH & chambers.
▪ Preparing Detail Design Drawings for Sewerage Network Collection System, Sewerage Network Key Plans etc.
▪ General Layouts and Standard Detail Drawings as per Company Standards.
▪ Preparing the final drawing for submission to the authorities for approval after re-routing the sewer
network lines, according the existing services in that location.
▪ Preparation of shop drawing for back drops, future sub connection to the property in manholes
and chambers where ever is required.
▪ Making provisional drawing for the proposed irrigation lines where it is required. Preparation of area –wise As
built drawings with all records of changes in location & route of the approvednetwork system
