Site Bill, Quantity Estimation & Bar Bending Schedule Preparations.
Daily & Monthly Progress Report and Report to Project Director, Client, and consultant team.
Resolving & reporting discrepancies in drawings and any technical problem faced during execution
Managing and coordinating with the staff related to: MEP, procurement, shop drawings, quantity surveying, cost control, and concrete batching plant
Review and approve the structural drawings to proceed with the construction work
Communicating with the client and quickly responding to any requests for information
