Experience:
Determine the estimated cost of acquisition of Plant and Machinery whose actual invoices are not available.
Determine the Fair Market Value of the asset as on the acquisition date.
Determine the FMV of Plant and Machinery for the purpose of Mergers and Acquisition.
Conducting failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability.
Undertake a physical inspection of machinery and equipment for assessment of condition, carried out within 4 days of receipt of request.
