Roles include;
i. Mapping, training and supervision of community health workers.
ii. Developing household case plans.
iii. Carrying out household visits
iv. Promoting HIV testing and counselling services for the households.
v. Filing and Maintaining updated client files.
vi. Profiling households for provision of school fees and sanitary towels for appropriate children (OVC).
vii. Assisting in referral for access to various services such as nutrition, NHIF cover, Health, Birth certificates and safety nets.
viii. Data entry of OVC services into CPMIS database.
ix. Profiling households for economic strengthening and mobilizing caregivers for financial literacy to various stakeholders.
x. Assistance in writing monthly and field reports.

Roles include;
i. Default tracing of clients to promote drugs uptake.
ii. Promotion of healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition.
- HTS DEPARTMENT
i. Assisting in HIV testing and counselling services for ANC mothers and other clients.
ii. Promoting HIV prevention.
-LABORATORY SERVICES DEPARTMENT
i. Assisting in COVID 19 testing and data entry into Laboratory Information System.
ii. Assisting in Testing and screening services for TB, Malaria
-ANC AND CWC DEPARTMENT
i. Educating pregnant and breastfeeding mothers on nutrition.
ii. Child health and growth monitoring such as weight-height assessments.
iii. Promotion of 4 Antenatal Clinics and uptake of IFAS for pregnant women.
-MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC
i. Educating the public on mental illness and mental health i.e. during CMEs
ii. Mental assessment of clients and promotion of mental health.
