Chiller installation with F.C.U & AHU are as following, the main electric panel of
chiller connect the power and water supply line connect, Two water pumps and
connect water flow switch with chilled water inlet line and flow, Switch power
connection with series of LP& HP Control. Hang the fan Coil Unit (FCU) as per
design (Drawing of Plan) FCU hang up and connected with chilled water ling
support with by pass control the room temp, by three ways Valve. This is the same
require for require for installation the FCU and Chiller. Air Handing Unit (AHU)
controlled by Variable Air Variable (VAV) power series to Thermostat VAV
control by room temperature.
• Window type Air condition are as following, Install in rooms windows should be
condensing Air inlet space around two fit,
• Package unit installation: Installing the unit proper base with rubber paid in the
base of unit, two types of package unit. 1st unit contents with air outlet and inlet
duct fixed roof top or side hose and its cold air controlled with VAV. 2nd unit
install with duct direct Air controlled by room Thermo set.
