Experience:
Supervise and assist maintenance Engineers & technicians during repair/ maintenance & the installation work of Centralized air-conditioning unit (Chillers up to 500 Tons), Pumps with the large Capacity, Isolation room (Negative Pressure Room), exhaust fans, water heaters, fan coil units, laundry and kitchen equipment, Cold storage, mortuary freezers, fire fighting equipment, and other hospitals.
Communicate effectively (both oral & written), maintain records and prepare clear & concise written reports.
Familiarity with regulations and building codes, computer skills including excel, word, outlook and AUTOCAD.
Coordinate with the team or sub-contractors for the installation, maintenance & repair works of compound / buildings.
Responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of building and facilities.
Prepare reports for the works executed.
Schedule and plan the PPM for HVAC services.
