I’m Chevarna Elliott I would like to apply for the position of guest service agent which I came across online.
I have gain a lot of experience in the customer service field and I have a broad knowledge on how to deal with all types of customers and assist them as best as possible at the end of the day.
I have studied two years at the Montego Bay community college in Jamaica but had to stop due to the passing of my grandfather and family succumb to financial issues which lead me to start working full time in the customer service field.
I have a lot experience Microsoft, dialler systems, computer literacy, I have experience with order systems. I believe my experience and knowledge could be an asset to the company and this can be my change to grow further and gain more knowledge and experience to better me on the future.
