Coordinating with Qapco Operations, Projects and Licensor Siemens.
• Follow up of plant Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Operational activities.
• Coordinate with HSE department related to safety issues and resolve the issues as soon as possible.
• Monitored equipment for proper and efficient functionality and operational problems
• Monitor analytical parameters daily to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Review of the Operational procedure for all corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on mechanical,
instrumentation, and control systems to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the facilities machinery.
• Reviewed of Blind list, Lockout & tag out as per the required procedure for troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting and Commissioning of equipment’s like DAF, Filter Press, PAC injection System, UF, RO etc.
• Experience in Handling Honeywell DCS (C300).
Education:
BTech in Chemical Engineering from Monad University, Hapur, U.P. in 2014.
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering from BTE, Delhi in 2006.

Pre-Commissioning and commissioning with Start-Up of PSA Nitrogen, PSA Hydrogen, Ammonia Cracker, ASU, Cold Box,
VPSA Oxygen, Treater Units, DHDS, VGO-HDT, Cooling Tower, Chiller Unit, Waste Water treatment unit, Potable Water
Treatment Plant(UF, RO unit, DM, Softener).
