11. Successfully Implemented the technical aspects of the Facility sharing agreement in SAP
and carried out the analysis of the retro credits due to the company based on the stipulated
sharing percentage.
12. Provide data to the corporate planning department for international benchmarking
purposes.
13. Analyse and Prepare the company Downstream Shareholder report for review by Senior
Management and onward submission to shareholders.
14. Coordinate and prepare the company downstream and upstream budget books for
shareholders and management review and analyse the volumetric data, shipping data, and
revenue data prior to it’s population in the various downstream reports.
15. Prepare and review the end statutory accounts based on the IFRS Standards for external
audits review and onward submittal to shareholders.
16. Synergize with Internal and External auditors coordinated, managed and tested the upgrade
of the company financial structure in SAP. Analyse and present the company downstream
financial performances during the legal entity review every month after the books are
closed. Including revenue, royalty shipping, and operation and maintenance costs.
