2023, Ashghal Projects, MOI Projects, Lusail commercial boulevard, High Raise Buildings, Hotels, GWC Logistics village, Army Base.
• Prequalification documents, Material Submittals Documents, Method statement, Inspection Test Plans, MIR, WIR, QC Dossier, O&
M Manual, EDMS Transmittals, Control Samples.
• ISO Audit, Instrument Calibration, Material sampling and Testing, Quality Assurance manuals, Incoming in process Quality control,
Codes and Standards, QCS 2014, BM TRADA, QCDD Documents surface preparation and Finish, Welding NDT tests, Rejection
Analysis and Rectification Actions.
• Knowledge & Experience on Fit out works, Decorative Metal works, claddings, structural supports, Fire rated and Non Firerated
doors (Hollow Metal Doors, Access Panels, Rollup shutters), Stainless Steel Industrial Kitchen Casework, be scope and Speciality
items, Glazing and hardware related to specified works, in hands experience of Mild steel, GI Steel, Structural Steel, Stainless Steel
and its grades, Aluminium Steel, Brass, Bronze, Materials and its finishes.
Additionally:
Developing and implementing quality standards, quality control systems, QA/QC manuals, plans and/or procedures.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with control documents and safety regulations.
• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes compliance.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure the compliance with quality spec.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
• Monitoring and evaluating quality performance of product and Workmanship.
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Quality Systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard as the basis for process development and optimization,
procedure development, data collection, reporting and Quality Systems training.
• Interfacing at senior and executive levels regarding ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering.
• Demonstrates and proven experience in respect of relevant international standards for QA/QC procedures.
• Assurance to accurate and representative audit report is obtained and reported, including Corrective and
Preventive action.
• Regularly interaction with representatives from a variety of functional groups, including program management,
design / engineering, purchasing, construction and other personnel.
• Plans, directs, and performs QA/QC audits of internal and external Vendor organizations.
• Responsible with QA/QC monitoring of site supervision projects as well.
• Participation with Client pre-bid meetings and compliance with the MOM.
• Performs and adequately documents Internal Quality Audits of assigned, projects and jobsites, and manages all
related follow-up activities, with the contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications, and drawings.
• Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, company
quality records, qualification audits of suppliers of purchased items and services.
• Review and approval of quality perspective documents prepared by internal or external organizations such as
procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and training to lower-level Quality personnel and monitors their performance.
