✔ Keep Follow up Daily base on GRN making from Billing Department
✔ Complete the process of GRN against Pos.
✔ Vouchers posting against PO and Receiving. (GRN)
✔ Vendor’s Balances checked and processed.
✔ Export Sales vouchers posting.
✔ Bank reconciliation statement tally monthly.
✔ Responsible for the daily base of all the above transactions.
✔ Ensure Timely handling of departmental reports with Head Office.
