Bernadette is a Professional Nurse Manager and Trainer who has 15 years’ experience in Nursing, Leading, Managing and Delivering Learning & Development Programmes to a wide range of Learners from different cultural backgrounds. She has transferred knowledge through a comprehensive understanding of Training Management processes in Ireland, Canada, the U.A.E., Saudi Arabia and the Sultanate of Oman and has recruited, managed, and trained Employees and Associated Trainers for the last 15 years.
Bernadette holds a Higher Diploma in Supervisory Management (National College of Ireland) as well as holding two certifications in medical sciences (The Children’s University Hospital, Dublin and St. Michael’s hospital, Dublin). She is also qualified as a Myers-Briggs 1 & 2 Level Practitioner and is certified to deliver Training Programmes focusing on psychometric testing and can deliver Programmes in Conflict Resolution using the Thomas Kilmann Indicator. Bernadette is licensed by the following UK and Irish Medical and Accreditation Boards: RGN, RSCN, AHA, ASHI, RLSS, IOSH, MBTI.
