• Treating alerts triggered by the Virtual or physical servers / applications and providing hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone/email/chat for end users.
• Handling SILVA console to treat alerts triggered on Core IT or IAAS or Azure platform.
• Analysing and quick restoration actions as per SOP’s on to treat alerts.
• Raising incidents and escalating it via calls and mails to the resolution group in case of issue is not resolved.
• Responds to all global issue raised by clients within SLA and follow up of major incident as escalation matrix until its closure.
• Sending global mail communications to responsible heads of different entity of AXA (AXA Banque, AXA France, AXA assistance) or AXA MIM in case of major impact.
• Prvide level 1.5remote desktop support and performed activities health checks, replications, maintaining disk space, IIS Manger based on SOPs.
• Performing health checks of multiple AXA’s web applications and
servers and reporting to multiple client before business hours.
Creation and validation of SOP’s for new applications in production.
Coordinating with MF team to ensure all the jobs status are OK.
Performing restoration action in case of job fails as per SOP’s
