During my tenure I have been a multi cuisine chef and I have better knowledge on Continental, Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Italian, Mediterranean etc. cuisine, also having knowledge of supervising ,Cost Controlling, Menu Planning, Displaying, Controlling staff & guests etc. I can assure you not only with my food preparation but also with the up to date hygienic as per HACCP(MSDS,COSHH,DANGER TEMPERATURE ZONE ETC) of food handling food costing and guest satisfaction.
