• Monitor and supervise inspection activities at the job site, if they (Construction Contractor) are implementing the Quality of works and if they conform to QATAR PETROLEUM and KAHRAMAA approved Quality Plan and follow the Approved Engineering Standards, Specifications and Procedures.

• Drawing / document review, material approval submission and technical evaluation. IFC document & material follow up and FAT activities.
• Planning, resources mobilization and organizing site construction activities through established construction schedule. Monitor system vendor and MFH construction and commissioning activity to achieve the planned construction schedule.
• Assist Third Party Inspection on materials and site installation.
• Regular site visit and liaising with vendors.
• Assist and coordinate contractor’s pre-commissioning and commissioning site activities. Punchlist coordination.
• Participates internal and external audits.
• Perform Quality Control Inspection in the field of Electrical and Instrumentation construction installation such as; Commercial and Residential Buildings, Housing, Industrial Plants, Industrial Equipment and Controls, Power Distribution Systems, Area Lightings, Motor Control Centers, Flood Lightings, Fire Alarm Systems, Street Lightings, Equipment Protection Devices, Grounding Systems, Switchgears, Substations and Industrial Plants Process Control System.
• Inspect cathodic protection system and its components such as anode installation, cable installation, positive & negative cable hook – up to rectifier.
• Monitor and inspect the loop checking, wiring continuity, color coding, start – up and troubleshooting activities.
• Evaluate and inspect factory acceptance test and package units instrumentation such as Distributed
Control System (DCS), Supervisor Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA), Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) and Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD).

Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Don Bosco Technical College, Philippines
Skills:
KNOWS BASIC AUTOCAD, PROFESSIONAL DRIVERS LICENSE, KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MICROSOFT OFFICE.
