With my 10 years of experience as a farm worker I have learnt how to use a variety of farm equipment such as plows, tractors, spraying equipment, chain saws, and milking machines. I have learnt how to Spray fertilizer, pesticides and other treatments onto crops to control pests and infections. In addition I have learnt how to feed livestock and checking them for signs of illness and injury. Also I have a lot of experience working in a farm and as a farm store keeper. I am mechanically inclined with the ability to perform general maintenance on the equipment to help keep them in good working condition. I have a knack for problem-solving and work well independently and with little oversight. My experience also includes planting and harvesting crops. I take direction and fulfill all daily responsibilities and manage my time with precise detail. I am familiar with the ideal planting times for the different types of crops and I am very familiar with irrigating systems. I am familiar with most farm equipment maintenance and operations and learn new procedures quickly. I have the ability to inspect the systems and to perform general maintenance to keep them working efficiently. I am physically fit and able to handle the duties associated with this job and to work long hours in all types of weather. I am a self-starter and excel at farming in general with an emphasis on livestock care and feeding.
