Heading Whole 4 store responsibilities and reporting to operation manger about the sale and team performance.
Analysing the daily collection counts and banking reports.
Achieving Target plans of the stores and Planning for the same.
To direct and supervise all store employees Ensure all disciplinary procedures and staff. movements are directed through the superiors.
Ensuring customer service is of high standard, and take corrective action if required.
Maintain a detailed knowledge of the products and imparting training on same .
Checking inventory on daily basis .
Handling all stores
Assigning duty roaster to all staffs
Following FIFO & LIFO
Tracking fast selling items and slow selling items to avoid expiry.
Giving good customer service .
Taking care of profit and loss .
Making production plan for all the stores.
Taking care of all the stores marketing activities.
Ensure all stock transactions are recorded on the system timorously, accurately and correctly categorized.
Daily briefing to the staffs to achieve sales targets and customer service Monthly doing a stock audit for all the stores .
Taking care of all the store cleanliness and hygiene .
Aware of whole operations in the stores like sales, customer service , and requirements to the store.
