• Experience in new Tooling construction, Debugging, Study Gate balancing flow, Optimize Gate sealing time, Cavity pressure, Engineering changes, Develop Preventive & Periodical maintenance system, Modification and repair, Identify Critical spare parts, Cavity Protection.
• Experience in 2D/3D Modeling ( Auto CAD, CREO Software ) drawings apply for Product design review for part geometry, surface class “A”, “B” & “C”, wall thickness, parting line, Runner & gate location, material.
• Mold design review for cavity Configuration, Draft angle , Radius , Parting line , undercut, core & cavity Material, Type of runner, gate size , Cooling channel , surface Finish, Core pull , Cavity protection device, Hot runner detail ,Basic Concept of GD & T.
• Comply with Quality Standards ISO 9001:2015, Lean Mfg, IATF16949:2016, Qualified internal auditor VDA 6.3 , APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Six sigma, 5S.
