Position: Admin/ Document Controller
Responsibility
• Establish a safe working environment for team members based on company policies.
• Order office stationery and supplies
• Keep employee records (physical and digital).
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
• Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
• Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
• Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space.
• Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance, and renovations when necessary.

• Prepare and manage various accounting documents and record
• Organize, store, and print company documents as needed.
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Assist in setting up IT requirements for document controls
Document Controller Responsibility
• Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
• Responsible for project folder set up, folder maintenance process, formulating registers and the point of contact for document, drawing number allocation.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
• Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
• Process and control of all project document types on day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
• Review and update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
• Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
• Create templates for future use.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
