I.T.I (Diesel mechanic) in April 1994. Apprentice Diesel Mechanic - Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation in 2001 Certified in Hydraulics & Pneumatics Training.

 Maintenance & repairs on various types of Diesel-powered Heavy Transport Vehicles.  Vehicles Mechanical repairs, Rebuilds and overhauls of major assemblies in internal combustion automobiles, buses, trucks and tractors, generators and equipment’s.  Overhauling of engines which includes dismantling cylinder head, piston and sleeve, grinding valve sheet and adjusting valve stump, replacing worn or broken parts such as piston rings, bearings, or other engine parts; rebuilding carburetors.  Overhauling and replacement of Gearboxes, Clutch, Wheel hub greasing & all under chassis work. Replacement and adjustment of steering gear boxes.  Replacement and repair of transfer cases & propeller shafts, air suppression System modules, sensors, wiring, minor components such as fuses, circuit breakers, windshield wiper blades, light bulbs .  Maintain Diesel engines, transmissions, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, air compressors, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, 12/24v electrical systems, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment.  Expert in handling Advance brake control System, electronic fuel control & cooling System.  Perform maintenance related procedures and processes such as road tests, ground guide operations, vehicle washing, and fueling/defueling of vehicles.  Diagnosing the source of trouble and determining the extent of repairs required.  Diagnosing the electrical & electronic problems of the Vehicles by using advance equipments like MAN CAT system.  Able to detect logically deduce for the cause of system malfunctions.  Performs inspections & troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.  Performing preventative or predictive maintenance procedures, inspection on scheduled repairs of Heavy vehicles to ensure duties are performed in a safe, efficient and effective manner.  Conducts daily inventory of assigned tools & equipment.  Prepares, maintains, and completes logs & records.  Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
