⦁ Developed project specific HSE plans and reviewed work method statements. Ensured compliance with company HSE performance indicators for all project sites.
⦁ Conducted orientation/induction and training for all project personnel.
⦁ Carried out comprehensive pre-job workplace inspection and equipment and scheduled equipment and tools inspections. -
⦁ Developed and continuously reviewed Job Safety Analyses (JSA) with work crew. Ensured adherence to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) specification.
⦁ Ensured employee use and maintain their personal protective equipment. Ensured a safe working environment with good housekeeping.
