An Architectural Technologist coming up to 6 years of industry experience, with the dire focus to detail with the ever-last intention to the development of excellence in my architectural ability. Years spent gaining substantial amount of experience from both freelance as well as permanent positions. Technical back knowledge of BIM construction efficiency, combined with a proficient software knowledge to undergo RIBA stages 1-5 of construction projects. With the mix of residential and commercial background it has solidified me in my confidence within any task handed to me as an architectural technologist, whether in or outside my field of expertise.

Time spent working on larger £15mill+ budget projects has given me a solid background so that I can perform work from design concept to construction requiring extensive detailing.
Within the last recent year, I have worked on multiple projects of a student accommodations with the likes of Studyinn Ltd, it being a student accommodation company. I have had the luxury of having three of my projects being built and opened to the public, hundreds of rooms of all sizes and facilities, not to mention the building itself equipped with the latest and plentiful of amenities ready for use by tenants.
The last 2 years before, I have worked on multi-story carpark projects located across the country. Projects ranging from London to Stoke-on-Trent, average budgeting costs comfortably within the million-pound brackets. During my post, I’ve been sole responsible of producing packages of information for the use of ‘Tender, information , preliminary, planning , stages 2, 3 and 4’, while also liaising with internal mangers and 3rd parties who are included in the overall project.
I am proficient within Revit (6 years software knowledge), BIM 360 Glue, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft office (this includes Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and excel).
As an Architectural Technologist for in house Architectural team of Studyinn Ltd, I took on stages 1-4 of projects that of which were to produce a range of architectural plans (from a complete planning application package to construction packs for information, for construction and appraisal). During my time working as an Architectural Technologist at Studyinn, a use of building regulations was a must, with in an environment of consulting, making sure proposed information complied with regs made it a daily task that all designed buildings have complied with building regulations as well as fire engineers’ recommendation. With a strong working knowledge of the Construction industry with the use of Revit and Autocad. At Studyinn, all tasks I were dealt were with full willingness to perform to ensure best of outcomes, keeping up with high company standards.
