As a Learning & Organizational Development professional, over last one & half decade I had designed, developed & successfully delivered training workshops for Axis Bank, L&T Financial Services, Win-Medicare Ltd, Reliance Communications, Shapoorji Paloonji, CEAT, FabIndia stores, MTNL, Cargill Foods, Reckitt Benckiser and Bharti Airtel Limited. My most satisfying moments was conducting competency based assessment for Key Account Managers, Sales managers & Technical Consultants to recommend learning solutions from E-learning platform, along with virtual training using Microsoft Team/ Zoom, classroom training & blended learning on gaps identified for team pan India.
During my career I have worked as an AGM Training for Global Cloud Xchange, NIS Sparta, Circle Training & Operation Head with Centum India, Country Manager for Zambia and DRC for Airtel Centum university.
At present I am an OD Consultant and Hygiene & Quality Compliance Auditor for Cargill foods, L&T Finance & Fab India.
