Preventive and corrective maintenance of measurement and control field/packaged devices to ascertain asset integrity. Carry out daily checks on packaged systems to ensure optimum performance Carry out routine troubleshooting/maintenance activities on gas turbine skid(GE PGT25-G4,ROLLS ROYCE RB211-24G, SOLAR CENTAUY 50),HP/MP/ LP gas compressors(GE THERMODYN RB6B and RC6B) with associated scrubbers and INGERSOLL RAND air compressor (SIERRA-SH250A)Work on buffer and seal gas instrumentation, air inlet filter instrumentation and lube oil accumulator devicesCarry out loop tests on low voltage, 24VDC communication and 4-20mA loop current lines.Carry out voltage gap setting of low impedance accelerometer (Axial and Radial vibration) 4-20mA simulation of loop using loop calibrator.Troubleshooting of loops to correct cable termination errors.Process simulation of field instruments to confirm HMI response and alarm set points.Configuration and setting of motor operated valves (MOV).Filling out of function test sheetsCalibration/stroking of flow elements, transmitters, control valves, shutdown/blow down valves, solenoid valves, i/p converters, temperature control valves (TCV’s),
