Department: System and Support under NOC (Network Operations Center)
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Installing, configuring, implementation, and maintenance of networking devices like
Mikrotik, Switch, Access point (Unifi, Cambium etc.), Home router and diagnose
the problems.
2. Provides support to clients by answering questions, replying emails, providing
information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-up.
3. Providing IP information and upgrade or downgrade the bandwidth for new
connection installation.
4. Logical portion of the handover of home connectivity ensuring proper bandwidth
with QoS.
5. Maintaining NMS and bandwidth usage against requirements.
6. Corresponds with billing dept. for any billing-related issue.
7. Corresponds with IIG(BDHUB) for bandwidth, latency, or site access-related

TECHNICAL SKILLS
8. Network performance monitoring and reporting. Monitor all the problems of
ISP with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Cacti, MRTG etc. and take
immediate action while anything goes down or seems abnormal.
9. Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients, if needed
10. Maintain daily work report on the report tracking system and also prepare
reports which have been given by line manager.
