• Experience in working with Profinet, Profibus and Modbus Communication Protocol.
• Experience in Graphic (MIMIC) & logic development, System Optimization for more reliable operation of Boiler, Turbine, BOP and Utility.
• Knowledge in Equipment and Process interlocks and Control schemes in Boiler, Turbine, Power evacuation system, and SFC, GBC, BOP, Kiln, Packing and Utility area.
• Good compassionate of Operation requirements and through protocol will execute modifications in Control System and Field Instruments.
• Experience in FAT & SAT for DCS logic and panel inspection
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of turbine supervisory, governing and emergency shutdown system.(SERVO / MOOG ACTUATORS, VMS, SPEED, HYDRALIC SAFETY BLOCKS etc)
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of CEMS, O2, SWAS, Online silica analyzers and other analytical instruments.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Plant Fire Alarm and Protection System
• Experience in handling of Master Calibration Instruments (Pneumatic and Electronics)
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Plant Surveillance System
• Experience in preparation of SMP-Standard Maintenance Procedure with reference of instruments functionality and OEM Manual.
• Knowledge in SAP Module (Work Permit System and Material management)
• Good awareness in PTW-Permit To Work & LOTO-Lock Out and Tag Out system procedures and EHS requirements
• Experience in preparation and review of P&ID, Control Loop Drawing, IO list, Cable schedule & IO grouping for junction box, tagging, ferruling of control cables, Loop checking and logic’s test trial checking for equipments and instruments. Experience in handling of all drawings with AutoCAD.
