Experience:
I have been privileged enough to work as the head of reception/ administrator for the past 4 years, currently at Kisumu Heart Centre, where my duties include but are not limited to; providing administrative and operational support, coordinating meetings, preparation of bills, creating invoices, memos, following up on outstanding cash and insurances payment, resolving incoming queries on billing from patients, insurance companies, consultants or colleagues, welcoming and directing guests, receiving and making phone calls on behalf of the company, maintaining an effective record and filing system for easy and quick reference, ensuring flow at the workplace among others.
Education:
I have a bachelors degree in counseling psychology from Kenyatta university. I graduated in the year 2015 and scored 2nd class upper division.
Skills:
Working at Kisumu Heart Centre, Dala Fm and Nairobi women has enabled me to hone my listening skills, decision-making skills, problem-solving skills, and organizational skills, boost my multitasking abilities while paying attention to detail, maintain a positive attitude at workplace, refined observation skills, proficiency with basic technology and most importantly and has enhanced good customer service skills, time management skills and my ability to work under pressure.
Additionally:
I also interact productively with people from different cultural backgrounds ages and even gender, while valuing other important aspects such as team work, punctuality and reliability so as to deliver quality services to clients efficiently and effectively.
