I am working as a Registered Nutritionist Dietitian in one of the prestigious hospital on Cebu which is Chong Hua. With 2 years and 5 months of experience I can say that I am capable of being a health care provider. My job in Chong Hua Hospital are; Screening the patients in order to identify who are high risks. Assessing the patients in order to know their nutrition problems and give nutrition intervention. Doing some multi rounds with the doctor, nurse, pharmacist in critical care unit to know if patients calorie intake is adequate. Giving dietary instructions which I compute their total calorie intake needed by their body. Checking the trayline before the deployment of the foods. Making a requisition of goods to be used in cooking were we have allotted budget for each patients
