Experience:
Support and respond promptly on onsite support during 24x7 on call
support.
Support and Maintenance the indoor/outdoor OLT'S
Preparing, Planning and Analyzing the Topology of the network given
during migration
Monitor Job Orders and other network activities from activation,
troubleshooting and expansion
Perform routine maintenance on network equipment's.
Responsible for Other Nodes management, expansions and migration
(upgrades, hardware, etc.).
Planning of network activity related to network upgrade, migration and
fault mitigation or hardware replacement.
Support in Multi-vendor new equipment acceptance testing and create
timely report.
Provide network update and provide reports for every network activity
status
Assist in scheduled network migration and scheduled network upgrade
activity for international and local backhaul activity.
Provide on site support for escalated trouble from Network Operations
(NOC) and Network Reliability and Assurance team in troubleshooting
company deployed network equipment during network outage or
equipment and backhaul upgrade for network optimization
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology
Skills:
Network Engineer/Motorcycle Mechanic
