Record room status in allocated section accurately. Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards. Carry valet services when required such as delivery of linen, processing laundry orders. Greeting clients entering the hotel, determining the nature and purpose of visit. Operate telephone switchboard to answer calls, screen or forwards. Communicate all changes, cancellations and walk-ins to team members. Handle general requests for information and promotions. Ensure communication kethics and promote highest level of service. Host guest towards their specific needs when making reservations. Accept responsibility for cash drawer and process customer transactions.
