Duties and Responsibilities:
Check the quality of CAD-prepared Fabrication drawings as per Piping Detail Design pre-established specifications and standards.
Prepare 2D and 3D drawings of Piping Support with the aid of CAD/CAE software, such as Microstation, AutoPIPE, SPM and Universal Plant Viewer.
Prepare Piping Layout and 3D Equipment Design using AutoCAD and SP3D software.
Calculate appropriate pipe specifications as per engineering standards such as pipe diameter, pipe thickness, branch pipe dimensions, pipe bend dimensions, and hydropressure test.
Prepare Design Memo such as Bill of Quantities List, Supply list, Bill of materials, and Field-Weld List in accordance with the design specifications preferred by the client.
Assist computer drafters and engineers in terms of technical issues and project-related inquiries.
