• Knowledgeable in plant running and start up, petrochemicals complex as an Instrument technician, reliability job on pm and cm as well as inspect of all kinds of instrument or any related jobs.
• Validation of all kinds of Instrument job, rectifying faulty equipment & troubleshooting.
• Team work of supervisor and plant operators to tell abnormality to predict future problems.
• Good knowledge about permit to work (PWs) and several kinds of permit, familiarity about several kind of perilous work area and essential safety.
• Good coordination to plant control operators to avoid mis-understanding can could plant trip or production loss.
• Awareness of plant, building evacuation in case of emergency and plant rules and regulation.
• Have knowledge Start –up of Crude oil boiler, Incinerator, package boiler, Compressor steam turbine, FD fan, ID fan and Do Over speed test (OST).
• Field instrument installation based on instrument location plan and Piping instrument diagram (P & ID).
• Exhibited safe tube bending and connection techniques using various sizes of stainless steel tubing for instrumentation; single and multiple tubing lines. Applied mathematical aptitude to ensure an accurate radius measurement for tube bending.
