• Admin Support: Providing high-level administrative support to the team. Coordinating with the entire department.
• Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as responding calls, emails, connecting vendors and scheduling site visit.

• Recruitment & Selection: Manpower planning and end to end recruitment, Follow up with candidates, pre- interview till their joining to ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners, Performing reference checks of job applicants, Responsible for IT and Non - IT recruitments.
• Talent Acquisition: Use job portals, Screening the CV, Arrange the Interview, Take Hr & technical interview with the panel, arrange medical test, sending offer letter, complete the joining formalities, preparation of personal files & Training file etc.
• Attendance & Payroll Management: Complete employee attendance management, Accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Master Employee Database, Preparation of monthly salary.
• Employee Relations: Gather employee feedback and present to management with suggestions, Handle employee complaints, Mentor, and counsel employees, Take disciplinary actions.
• General HR work: Documentation work such as drafting offer letters, PIP letters, warning letters, Advice letters, Personal file work, PVC letters, arranging SKIP meetings, New hires connects, BQ discussions, Performance discussions, etc.
• Compensation, Appraisals & Benefits: Ensure that appraisals are initiated and done on time, liaise with appraise and appraiser to ensure proper appraisal process.
• Rules & Regulations: To review the staff’s rules and regulations on a regular basis, Design policies & standards for staff issues.
• Employee Engagement program: Formed the employee cultural/sport committee & arrange the different events, fun on floor activities.
• Exit Process and full final settlement: Handle the exit process from exit interview, retention, discussion to accept resignation, Issue experience letter & relieving documents with prior consent of Managing Director.
