Experience:
Responsible for all inventory & assets at site.
Maintaining ERP daily updates (Inventory Module).
Sending inquire and receiving quotations from suppliers as per material requisition and releasing LPO/LOO as well.
Following up with the suppliers for the delivery of materials on required time as specified in LPO/LOO.
Checking quantities and receiving for the incoming materials as per the LPO/LOO after QC’s inspection and approval.
Prepare monthly reports including but not limited to SIV (store issue vouchers), MRV (material receive Vouchers), GRN (goods receiving note).
Submit all monthly reports with all original delivery notes to material management department.
Issue materials to the site projects as per the authorized persons.
Submit material control sheets to material management department.
Maintain storage areas, sheaves, and outside yard in neat, clean and orderly condition.
Provide instruction to store keepers/asst. store keepers to safe keep the materials according to the HSE ordinance & maintain MSDS (material safety data sheet) records.
Perform weekly, quarterly, mid-year, year-end inventory and physical count and prepare year-end inventory reports.
Built and maintain positive working relationship with co-workers, site engineers, project manager and any or other site personals.
Perform related duties as assigned and or required by material/store management.

Accomplished and reliable Store Professional with over 6 years of strong experience and skills gained in the Construction, Oil & Gas, and Maintenance (Civil & MEP) industries in U.A.E. I hold Diploma in Civil Engineering.
