Maintain a system of cost control through purchasing and sales review profit and lost (P&L) alongside with Area Manager or Operational Manager and create and execute action plans.
Conducting quality checks according to specifications before store operation and product goes into the guests.
Preparing the monthly manager report (including; monthly end inventory) and submitted to the area manager / operational
manager.
Control and estimate proper par stocks for operational requirement.
Review financial information as necessary and creates and monitor budgets to ensure an efficient operation.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and used as per manufacturer’s specifications.
