Role Metrics:
Manage individual Area/Zone - geographically based and 100% field based.
Accountable for a team of Premium Sellers (PS), Mini Van Sales Reps (MVSRs), Van Sales Reps (VSRs) and
Sales Executives across a territory.
• Pro-active business approach to achieve short- and long-term sales targets.
• Full coverage of distribution network effectiveness to deliver volume growth and market share.
• Managing relationships with whole sales network.
• Whole sales P&L & Asset Mgt.
Top Accountabilities:
• Achieve profitable GSV depletion targets for wholesalers in line with the agenda of margin growth.
• Drive a robust TBA distribution across all categories including innovation.
• Ensures regular monthly full business reviews with all assigned wholesalers.
• Sales performances.
• Competitive activity.
• Deliver consistently weekly business Reports (WBR).
• Drive Spirit /Beer KPIs in the on-trade market.
• Periodical (Quarterly) review outlet universe to ensure; optimum base number of viable and nonviable customers, call frequency per category, outlet sales performance and OAS review.
• Implement promotions, develop and execute merchandising programs at POS with optimum use of
resources and materials in order to achieve the highest in-store visibility and sales performance for the
strategic brands.

• Upgrade all qualified Wholesalers to the loyalty scheme and embed the scheme on current
participants.
• Do a weekly performance report which include sales analysis, SIT and competition intelligence.
