At Kuwait, I worked as Construction Manager for -KOC Projects, with ABB-Milan, Itally for 120 KM., 30 inch., Crude Oil Pipe Line (project value 180 Million USD,) & with Process Unlimited-Al-Rashed Group for Early Production Facility, with a (Project value of 210 Million USD) North Kuwait, as Construction Manager, (KOC Approvals attached)
Implementation of Health, Safety & Environment regulations and standards, and appropriate deployment of man power & equipment to obtain maximum output by utilizing latest management techniques like Earned Value Project Management (EVPM) etc.
