Experience:
• Bachelor in Chemical Engineer with Over 13+ years’ experience in Process Operations and maintenance, installation, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning with Start-Up of PSA Nitrogen, PSA Hydrogen, Ammonia Cracker, ASU, Cold Box, VPSA Oxygen, Treater Units, DHDS, VGO-HDT, Cooling Tower, Chiller Unit, Waste Water treatment unit, Potable Water Treatment Plant(UF, RO unit, DM, Softener).
• Commissioning and Startup of unit. Assisting in daily operation and monitoring of the unit.
• Worked in Project Execution performing activities as walk down, punch listing, Pre- Commissioning, Vessel inspection(Column, Tank, Reactor etc.), Air blowing, leak testing, Drying, Dew Point Test etc.
• Proficient with DCS (Honeywell, ABB), SCADA and PLC System. Checking of functional test and loop test.
• Experience in FAT and SAT activities of project.
• Preparing of Project Engineering documents.
• Improving the operations, production, quality and maintenance. Updates and record of all chemicals, supplies, parts and equipment utilize.
• Preparation of Production and operations schedule. Calculated the performance and training to operation staff.
• Plant and schedule the maintenance of equipment’s and maintenance them whenever necessary.
• Keen communicator with excellent relationship management, colleague and with excellent analytical skills. Co-ordinate with other disciplines like Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical & Civil.
• Maintenance of Operational records and safety records.
• Plan, mobilize man power, required tools & materials,
• Knowledge of PTW, while adhering to HSE policies, Environment policies, Participation in JSA preparation, Preparation of Blind list, Electrical LOTO (Lockout & tag out) etc.
• Operation of the plant and troubleshooting support provided to client.
• Instrument & Process Air compressors (centrifugal/Reciprocating) & Pumps, N2-Nitrogen Plant, Closed circuit cooling water system, Fire water systems, Instrument Air compressors & Dryers.
Education:
• BTech in Chemical Engineering from Monad University, Hapur, U.P. in 2014.
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering from BTE, Delhi in 2006.
