Duties as an IE.
- Diagnostic analysis for productivity improvement
- Maintain standard operation procedures (SOPs) in all section with diagnostic observation
- Improving factory, department and workplace layouts.

Duties as a Planner.
- Can make effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, IE & supply chain management team.
- Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
- Can Prepare production planning for 20 or more lines (for the group) & execute the plan accordingly.
- Follow up all per-production activities, 3P & update TNA.
- Follow up inspection & on time shipment to ensure the planning KPI is on tract.
- Highlight production anomalies & suggest for needful steps to concern management.
- Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising & Marketing for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
- Building relationship with merchandising department & Production people (store, cutting, sewing, finishing & washing) for smooth operation.
- Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
- Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
- Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation.
- Arrange monthly performance meeting with higher management & discuss factory wise efficiency & shipment status.
- Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
- Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
