• Imparting routine visit with the project management team and client/consultants on-site, finding the hazards, advising the management to take corrective actions on the hazard.
• Attending HSE meetings with client & consultant, organizing HSE meeting with site management & subcontractors.
• Monitoring that all non-routine and potentially hazardous routine jobs are carried out under Permit to Work System.
• Documentation and records management for safety operations procedures.
• Reviewing MSRA for the activities prior to submit to the consultant for approval.
• Preparing all required plans, procedures, safety reports, risk assessments, COSHH assessments and necessary data for the project.
• Coordinating to the environmental engineer for the management of waste and proper Disposal of Hazardous waste to authorized agent.
• Arranging inspection and certification of equipment’s and Tools in the work shop area and cross inspection for the same.
• Responsible for applying and sustaining the relevant authorities Code of Practices and Standards and implementing the Project HSE Plan and company’s safe work procedure on Site.
• Assisting employees to develop skills like working at heights, scaffolding erection and dismantling, first-aid, lifting operations, excavations, confined space entry, hot works, etc
• Oversaw emergency procedures for staff organization, including fire drills and alarm response.
• • Maintained accurate and up-to-date records of employee training and education compliance to ensure a shared knowledge base throughout the company.
• Submitting Site unsafe act & condition report to management.
• Monitoring health and safety policy compliance & major activity at site and provides necessary safety precautions.
• Attend and conduct weekly & Monthly HSE meeting.
• Monitoring all heavy machinery valid third party certificates.
• Arranging inspection and certification of equipment’s and Tools in the work shop area and cross inspection for the same.
• Maintaining good housekeeping at the site for better work.
• Implement & Develop safety plans, safety manuals, Method statements & checklists.
