Experience:
External Audit:
1. To assist in planning work on assigned segments of the audit.
2. To execute detailed audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports and
procedures and conducting audit tests which are sufficient in scope to support professional opinions as to
the fair representation of client financial statements.
3. To prepare financial statements, reports and analytical reviews, as necessary.
4. Prepare work papers which record and summarize audit procedures performed and ensure that working
papers are within approved firm guidelines. Assist in developing recommendations for corrective
action/improvement.
5. Ensure assigned work is completed within agreed time frames and carried out per approved methodologies
and standards and within agreed budgets.
6. Quantification of Statutory and Other dues for a Qualified Opinion.
Limited Reviews: Perform limited reviews of listed companies and ensure timely filing of the nescessary
documents with the stock exchange.
Business Transfer: Ensure that the slump sale is in line with the Business Transfer Agreement, Stautory dues of
the accepting employees are transferred to the transferee and the necessary auditor certificates are issued.
Corporate Taxation: Client education on corporate tax planning. Applying the provisions of the tax law to the
company's best financial interest. Withholding Tax, filing tax returns and tax audit reports of Companies. Filing
response to notice issued by the Tax department.
Indirect Taxation (VAT, GST): Streamlining VAT/ GST compliance. GST registration. Filing of monthly,
quarterly and annual returns. GST Audits.
