1. Managing Shift Ensuring GMP in process area.
2. PPE’s implementation to the work force in process area.
3. GMP Basic guide line session conducting on weekly basis.
4. Check Hygiene/ GMPs of production facility on daily basis in respective shift and record noncompliance and compliance section wise in Daily GMP Observation & Audit checklist both in hard and soft copies.

8. Conducted counseling session for workers in case of noncompliance and violation of GMP rules.

10. Sharing Shutdown\Startup reports after monitoring the whole activities on shutdown.
11. Conducting pest related gap surveys in coordination with cross functional departments and maintaining their records.
12. Verification of hand sanitizer availability at defined location and maintaining the record on respective format. Sharing the status with all concerned.
13. Presenting GMP issue in Daily Process Review Meeting (DPR) and taking follow up.
14. Checked, verify and record cleaning activities as per defined cleaning plan for production equipment/machines and infrastructure.
15. Inspection of machine cleaning & line clearance during product changeover.
16. Checked hygiene condition and soap availability in workers wash room.
17. Checked drinking water facilities and their hygiene conditions.
18. Conducted basic training & Toolbox talk for EBM employees.
19. EHS representative, participate in relevant operational meetings, conduct routine visit for coaching and counselling to improve the safety ownership and safety culture EBM Site.
