Skills / Experiences: • + 20 years’ experience as Operation Engineer with depth work knowledge in different Oil & Gas field operations includes both onshore / offshore operations facilities. • Responsible for managing & supervise all offshore, onshore productions facilities including (offshore satellite platforms, processing platform & onshore central processing facilities CPF) • Deep knowledge of chemistry, physics and mechanics and of crude oil treatment processes, in addition to techniques and technology for well drilling and work-over. • Plan, manage and execute service inspections of process units, including troubleshooting & operation optimizing. • Supervise all Rig less operations at well site as an area authority. • Supervise the operation of different producing well types including (artificial lift wells, includes gas lift & ESP, in addition to natural flow wells, and water/ gas injection wells). • Supervise production operations in all unit facilities to ensure crude oil & associated gases produced in the quantities with the quality level, matching objectives & requirements and meet the production targets. • Supervise, monitor and provides direct input into the development of annual production programs, liaising with Pipelines to coordinate oil movements and shipping matters. • Prepare detailed Production and Consumption database, tracking & analyzing the production and utility consumption and preparation of full month detailed report with production and consumption details for Ras Budran & ZB Oil & Gas Field as per production plan. • Preparing reports of unplanned shutdowns & slowdowns including root cause analysis. • Preparing shut-down Procedures for Rig move / approach to platforms and restoration activities for new workover wells (for high H2S wells: Preparation S/D and depressurizing procedures, BPV setting, N2 purging & dismantling of flow lines prior to Rig approach then Handover over platform to drilling department for drilling /or workover activities). • Follow-up Integrated Operations Planning (IOP) and requirements as a part of well integrity. • Manage safe & efficient operation of all units, in accordance with departmental objectives & operation plans. • Preparing production division annual budget proposal (Capex & Opex). • Coordinating and supervising initiation and execution of plant modifications through MOC system and new Installations. • Manage and supervise pipeline integrity program (periodic cleaning scrapers, V-jet scrapper & ILI pigging operation). • Support chemical management process, follow-up stock level and manage applying of all fields Chemical Injection programs with QC department (demulsifier - corrosion inhibitor - batch corrosion inhibitor – Biocide - scale inhibitor - mono ethylene glycol – methanol injection & kinetic hydrate inhibitor ………. etc). • Supervise commissioning and start-up of the new facilities (early production & permanent field facilities) in the central processing facility (CPF) & following up project department activities during commissioning & start-up phase. • Extensive knowledge of Gas Oil separation, Gas processing, compression, TEG dehydration Facilities. • Recommend facility upgrades / modifications through official PMC & MOC to improve plant efficiency. • Preparation of all documentation for plant shutdown, start-up & equipment isolation includes (Procedures, mark-up P&ID, JSA & risk assessment) according operation & HSE manuals. • Review & update operating manuals / procedures regularly for safe operation as per audit requirements. • Ensure that all Central Processing Facility systems are operated safely, efficiently and with maximum availability and that emergency systems are maintained in a state of readiness and availability • Trouble shooting, problem solving & decision-making during emergencies. • Ensure production workforce is motivated to make sure high productivity. • Ensure all work comply with company Safety, Environmental & Health rules and regulations. • Preparation of special procedures and schedules related to safe gas-condensate wells start-up, gas-lift wells unloading and gas-treatment and oil treatment plant shutdown. • Ensure PTW application in line with Company procedure & standards, from preparation stage to completion, participate in kick off meetings, Pre-Job Meetings, Job risk assessment and JSA, technical meeting as an Area Authority. • Prepared significant aspect & impact and risk assessment for RAS BUDRAN Field processing area • Shared as auditor (team or leader) to conduct internal auditing in Ras Budran area to be matched with ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 • Authorizes and Controls whole plant activities including the maintenance daily works through the PTW system • As Area Authority responsible for monitoring the safety of assets, environment & employees within the operation facilities, and providing clearance to work in that area at any particular time. • Member of the field Accident/Incident Reporting and Investigation team • Conduct periodic field Walk arounds, Group safety meetings, emergency drills and safety observation reports. • Able to work and function in multicultural organization & multinational work environment. • Excellent communication skill including written guidance and procedures at company & organization level • Team member of competency assurance program for new field engineers / technicians as mentor (follow up & training). • Carryout Training needs analysis, co-ordinate in execution of training plan for enhancement of employee’s knowledge/skills to achieve business aims.
